Blush & Brow was founded in 2021 by owner/operator Samantha Clark. After years of work in the makeup industry Samantha combined that passion with PMU certifications to bolster her service offerings and create more options for her loyal clientele.

I can’t recommend Samantha enough!! She’s done my brows and a couple of tattoos; she’s the best! Her precision and attention to detail is unmatched. I am complimented on my brows all the time, and it wasn’t until I had mine done by her that I realized the glow up perfect eyebrows have on your face! I love waking up every day not having to do anything to them. Plus they look incredibly natural. My recent tattoo by her is so beautiful and detailed. She created such beautiful art out of the ideas I share with her. Not to mention Sam is such a kind, sweet person. Highly highly recommend her!

Samantha Clark

I’ve been a Certified Makeup Artist for 10 years and absolutely love this career! I wanted to expand my creative skills into microblading, and in 2020, I became a certified microblading artist. My journey has taught me so much, enabling me to continually improve and provide the best brows possible. In the summer of 2021, I trained with Botched Ink and became a certified saline brow removal technician.

In March 2022, I became a licensed and certified PMU micropigmentation artist, allowing me to offer eyeliner and lip blushing services. By the fall of 2022, I also became a state-licensed body tattoo artist specializing in fine line work. I love utilizing my creative skills across all areas of my work, and I’m committed to ongoing education to provide the best experience and services.

I reside in Windham with my husband and three boys, ages 16, 12, and 7, along with two dogs and a cute little kitty. In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, being outdoors, knitting, drawing, and spending time with my family.
